I had a wonderful stay at this hostel as it provided great value for money, had friendly and attentive staff, and was located so close to everything in the area. The basic amenities were great and the room in my bunk bed was clean and comfortable. We loved this hostel! The staff was welcoming and eager to help with anything we needed. Cleanliness was impressive, and everything, from the hotel facilities to the location in the social areas, was top-notch. The pool looked inviting, and the hostel was located on a side street away from the busy area, but still close enough to the spots people usually go to. Additionally, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience.
Nothing, all was good.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also offered a complete room spraying service to keep bugs away. The location was convenient, with other restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach was only a short distance away.
There were parties almost every night at the hostel, which wasn't what I was looking for. The guests would come back drunk and hungover, which made for a noisy and unpleasant morning/day.

the prices are really affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the basic amenities they provide. They have comfortable bunk beds, big lockers, and fast wifi. Secondly, the location is perfect if you want to be away from the busy area, but still close to the beach and all the great places to go out. And lastly, the staff is incredibly lovely and accommodating, and they have cheap options to eat at the place next door.
All was incredible!

Tipsy Gypsy was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. I initially booked for just 2 nights but ended up extending my stay to 2 weeks because I felt like part of a new family. It's perfect for solo travelers like me, as it's very easy to meet people. The location is great too, with a 10-minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. During the day, it's a chill place to hang out, and at night, it's the perfect spot to pregame before going out. The hostel closes at 11pm, so it's nice and quiet at night. The pool and beanbags are a great addition, and I loved that they provide free water bottle refills to minimize waste. The overall vibe of the hostel is really homey, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hostel was also satisfactory. I highly recommend staying at Tipsy Gypsy for an amazing hostel experience.

The complimentary coffee provided every morning was a life-saver! the location could not be more perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby.
The breakfast options were quite limited and I was only able to choose one item. It would have been great if they could offer a bit more variety or allow guests to choose multiple items from the menu.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist with any inquiries. The hostel's location was perfect, located in the heart of the action and with many attractions within walking distance. I appreciated the fresh water refills and the little curtains that provided some privacy.
The lack of mosquito nets around the beds did not provide a comfortable stay, and the noise from party-goers outside the hostel didn't stop until late hours, making it difficult to sleep. while the staff and location were great, the noise level and lack of mosquito nets could have made for a more comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time at our hostel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to some of the best places in town. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The pool area was a nice spot to relax and meet other travelers. The curtains on the beds provided a little more privacy, which was a nice touch.
The lighting in the room could have been better.
